
The Records Section inputs
all records into the records management system, in addition to,
answering requests for public records and maintaining all records
of the police division. The Records Section is open from 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
RECORDS REQUEST
Records may be requested by mail, e-mail, or by walk-in. To expedite
your request, complete the Records
Request form to mail, e-mail or bring to the police station.
There may be a fee for some forms based upon the type and quantity.
ACCIDENT REPORTS
Accident Reports may be searched online by clicking on the Online Accident Report Search.
EVIDENCE AND PROPERTY
The Lebanon Division of Police tries to photograph and return evidentiary
and recovered property whenever possible; however, sometimes the
property must be held until the criminal case is disposed. To obtain
any property from the police division contact the Property Room
Officer at 932-2010 or contact Sgt.
Rick Bens by e-mail.
LOST AND FOUND
The Lebanon Division of Police recovers numerous items yearly that
are lost and never recovered by their owner. Should you loose a
piece of property, contact police division to see if has been recovered.
