
Traffic
tickets may be paid at the Clerk's office during regular business
hours. Tickets that are not overdue may also be paid at the Lebanon
Police Department, 25 E. Silver, Lebanon, when the Clerk's office
is closed.
Tickets must be paid by the court date assigned by
the law enforcement officer. Payment may be made by cash, money
order, or certified check.
Please enclose your copy of the ticket when mailing
payment or bring the copy with you if paying in person.
It is your responsibility to provide the court with
proof of financial responsibility, if you did not show it to the
officer at the time the ticket was written. Failure to show proof
of financial responsibility could result in a 90 day suspension
of your driver's license by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
Note:
Traffic offenders should use the F+C fee structure when paying traffice
tickets.
