Paying Traffic Tickets

Traffic tickets may be paid at the Clerk's office during regular business hours. Tickets that are not overdue may also be paid at the Lebanon Police Department, 25 E. Silver, Lebanon, when the Clerk's office is closed.

Tickets must be paid by the court date assigned by the law enforcement officer. Payment may be made by cash, money order, or certified check.

Please enclose your copy of the ticket when mailing payment or bring the copy with you if paying in person.

It is your responsibility to provide the court with proof of financial responsibility, if you did not show it to the officer at the time the ticket was written. Failure to show proof of financial responsibility could result in a 90 day suspension of your driver's license by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

Note: Traffic offenders should use the F+C fee structure when paying traffice tickets.
