Complaints for money, contracts,
property damage, forcible entry and detention, trusteeships, and
collection actions may be filed if the incident or transactions
occurred in the City of Lebanon or Turtle Creek Township or the
defendant lives in the jurisdiction. The maximum amount you may
file for is $15,000.00.
Effective April 1, 2002, the following costs will be effective for

A self addressed stamped envelope must always be enclosed
for return on time stamped copies.
All entries submitted for the Judge's signature
must include an original and three copies, otherwise copies will
NOT be returned.
The deposit as shown on the schedule of costs shall
be paid by the plaintiff upon filing of a complaint for forcible
entry and detainer. It shall include the costs for issuing a writ
of execution and service thereof, but shall be nonrefundable in
the event the action is dismissed prior to the service of a writ.
